As per end user license Agreement, all editions of QuickBooks require authorization from Intuit.

All plans come with 24x7 unlimited support via phone, chat, and email.

Note: Tax application & ACT! hosting requires a Dedicated Workgroup Server^tm. (See Workgroup Server options)

• MS Excel Hosting is charged @ $9.95 per user
• MS Office Hosting is charged @ $16.95/user
• Additional Storage space is charged at $2/GB * 30 days daily rolling backup is included in the price
• All servers are on RAID 10 with 15000 RPM SAS disks to insure high performance
• All servers are on the latest and fastest Intel Chips 'Westmere'
• All Servers are located in a Tier IV data centers in earthquake free zones at Dallas and Seattle with redundant power source, redundant airconditioning, Biometric Security
• Data Center has 7 Internet Backbone Providers with cumulative bandwidth more than 20 GBPS
• Free one month hosting and complete assistance in migration if you are moving from a competitor
• 15% discount on annual pre-pay

Workgroup Servers

As per end user license Agreement, all editions of QuickBooks require authorization from Intuit.

RTCS maintains 30 day's of daily rolling data backups to dual locations.

• Service includes free 24x7 support.
• All the servers can be expanded to any number of users and applications without a performance drop because additional resources are automatically assigned
• Customers can opt to upgrade servers to a higher configuration at any time without migration charges or interruption in their work environment.
• All servers are on RAID 10 with high speed SCSI disks to insure high performance
• All servers have shared RAM from 4 to 8 GB to insure excellent performance for the toughest of programs requiring high CPU or RAM resources
• All servers are on the latest and fastest Intel Chips 'Nehalem' or 'Harpertown'
• All Servers are located in a Tier IV data centers in earthquake free zones at Dallas and Seattle with redundant power source, redundant airconditioning, Biometric Security
• Data Center has 7 Internet Backbone Providers with cumulative bandwidth more than 20 GBPS
• Your existing servers can be migrated to RTCS data center with exactly the same configuration settings with minimal interruption in service.                             
• Space required for installation of programs is counted towards space allocation
• Customers can select any desktop application(s) of their choice for hosting, including Tax Software, multiple versions of QuickBooks(tm), QB Add-ons, other applications as needed that can be supported by RTCS
• All clients must provide proof of software license ownership for all applications hosted unless otherwise permitted by RTCS.

Any version of Peachtree & Myob can be hosted by RTCS. Peachtree & Myob requires a dedicated WorkGroup server environment. The WorkGroup Server is a fully functional Window environment which can support multiple applications allowing users to access from any location via the Internet.
